General Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (CGV) define the terms under which LINK provides recruitment, talent sourcing, workforce placement, and related consulting services to its clients.

2. Services

LINK offers professional services including:

  • Recruitment support

  • Candidate sourcing

  • Workforce placement

  • Talent acquisition assistance

  • Recruitment consulting

  • Related advisory services

The scope, objectives, and deliverables of each assignment shall be defined in a separate proposal, quotation, or service agreement.

3. Orders and Acceptance

Any service request becomes binding upon written acceptance of a quotation, proposal, service agreement, or purchase order issued by the client.

4. Fees and Payment

Service fees are specified in the accepted commercial proposal or agreement.

Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice. Late payments may result in penalties in accordance with applicable regulations.

5. Client Obligations

The client agrees to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any documentation necessary for the proper execution of the services.

6. Recruitment Decisions

LINK provides recruitment and placement assistance but does not guarantee:

  • Candidate availability

  • Candidate acceptance of employment offers

  • Hiring decisions

  • Employment outcomes

Final recruitment decisions remain solely the responsibility of the client.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of information exchanged during the execution of services.

8. Limitation of Liability

LINK's liability shall be limited to the value of the services invoiced for the assignment concerned and shall exclude indirect damages, loss of profits, or loss of business opportunities.

9. Intellectual Property

Any methodologies, documents, reports, or materials produced by LINK remain its intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement according to the conditions specified in the applicable service agreement.

11. Applicable Law

These CGV are governed by the applicable laws and regulations governing commercial service agreements.
